One centralized dashboard view for every estate file
Built with clean architecture for long-term reliability
Designed and architected end-to-end by the technical lead

How It Works
1
Upload the Estate File
"Attorney Creates the Case" — In under two minutes, then after Attorney creates the case, the Executor receives a secure magic link by email. No portal setup. No account creation.
2
Organize & Track Status
"Executor Uploads on Their Own" — The Executor follows the link, uploads each required document against the checklist, and the Attorney sees status update in real time. No follow-up calls needed.
3
Attorney Reviews and Closes
"Attorney" — Once all items are submitted, the Attorney reviews, marks each step complete, and closes the case with a full documented record.
Review 3 of the wireframes from the application.

Electronic / Digital Will?
If checked, the system will automatically record the upload timestamp, source IP address, and SHA-256 file checksum as chain-of-custody metadata. This is evidentiary best practice for electronically originated wills.
⚠ Important — AOC-E-505 Valuation Requirement:
All asset values on this form must reflect Fair Market Value (FMV) as of the Date of Death — not current account balances or today's market values. Using incorrect valuation dates is a primary cause of inventory rejection by the Clerk of Court.
